This page describes what happens to information when you visit negativeseo.icu. It is short on the usual boilerplate for a straightforward reason: the site is built as static HTML files, it sets no cookies of its own, and it has no database, no accounts, no logins and no server-side code that could receive anything from you.
What the site collects
Nothing that identifies you, and nothing you type. There is no analytics package on this site as published, no advertising network, no tag manager, no session recording, no heat mapping, and no third-party tracking pixel. No cookie is set by this site. If that ever changes — if I add an analytics tool, for example — this page will be updated to name what was added and what it records, and the date of that change will be visible in the page's own history.
Two things happen that are outside my control and worth naming anyway. First, the web host that serves these files necessarily processes the technical request your browser makes: an IP address, a user agent string, the URL requested and a timestamp. That is how the web works; it is handled by the hosting provider under its own terms, and I do not maintain a separate analytics copy of it. Second, the fonts and any external resources referenced by a page are served as part of the site itself rather than pulled from a third-party service, so visiting a page here does not hand your request to another company.
The contact form
The form on the contact page is not a submission form in the usual sense, and the distinction matters for your privacy. It submits nothing to this website. When you press the button, the information you typed is assembled into a message in your own email application, which then sits in front of you, unsent, until you choose to send it. Nothing is transmitted to a server here, nothing is stored here, and if you close the message instead of sending it, no copy of it exists anywhere except on your own device.
If you do send it, the result is an ordinary email between you and me, and it is handled like any other email correspondence: it lives in a mailbox, it is used to answer your enquiry, and it is not added to a marketing list, not sold, and not shared with anyone else except where I am legally required to disclose it. If you would rather not send an email at all, you can read everything on this site without ever identifying yourself, and I would encourage that if what you need is the reference rather than a conversation.
Information you send about a suspected attack
Enquiries about a suspected attack often arrive with material attached: exported link lists, screenshots of Search Console, extortion emails, sometimes the name of a competitor. Treat that material as sensitive on your own side, because it frequently is. On my side it is kept confidential, used only to answer the question you asked, and retained no longer than the matter requires. I do not publish client work, I name no clients on this site, and a description of a situation that appears anywhere in these pages is drawn from publicly documented incidents with sources, not from correspondence.
Links to other sites
Many pages here cite external sources — Google's own documentation, court and regulator material, trade coverage — because a reference that asserts things on its own authority is not a reference. Those links take you to sites I do not control and whose privacy practices are their own. Reading Google's documentation is a visit to Google, with whatever that entails; this page cannot speak for it.
Your choices, and how to reach me
Because the site holds nothing about you, there is very little to exercise a right against. If you have written to me and want that correspondence deleted, ask, and it will be deleted, subject only to any legal obligation to retain records in a live matter. If you want to know what I hold about you, ask, and I will tell you. The contact page is the route for both, and the same information applies there as anywhere else on the site: the message is composed in your own mail client and reaches me as an ordinary email.
This policy applies to negativeseo.icu only. It does not apply to any other site I publish or operate, each of which carries its own terms. If this page is materially changed, the change will be visible in the page's modification date, and material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
