These terms cover the use of negativeseo.icu. Using the site means reading them as they stand at the time you visit. If you disagree with any of them, the appropriate response is to stop using the site, which costs nothing and takes one click.
What the site is for
It is a reference work on negative SEO published alongside a recovery practice. The purpose of the reference is to let a site owner, an in-house marketer or an adviser establish what a particular attack is, whether it actually works today, how it is recognized, and what undoes it. The pages are written to be read by someone in the middle of an incident, and they are deliberate about saying when the correct action is to do nothing at all.
Reading the site does not create an engagement
Nothing here is an offer of professional services to any particular reader, and nothing you read creates a consulting, advisory or expert relationship. Writing to me does not create one either: an engagement begins only when it has been agreed in writing on both sides and its scope has been defined. Until then, treat everything on this site as published information rather than as advice about your specific situation, because I do not know your site, your history, your market or your records.
Accuracy, and the reason it has a shelf life
Every factual claim here is written from sources, dated where the date matters, and attributed where a search engine or a court is being quoted. That is a genuine standard, and still not a warranty. Search engines change their systems and their documentation without notice, complaint processes change, case law develops, and a page that was accurate when written can become wrong without anything happening to it. A verdict on an attack vector is a judgment about the evidence available when it was written, not a permanent statement.
I make no warranty that the site is complete, current or error free, and I do not accept liability for loss arising from action taken on the strength of it. That is the standard limit and I mean it literally: decisions about a live business — filing a disavow file, submitting a reconsideration request, sending a legal notice, removing content, changing hosting — should be taken on advice that has looked at your actual records, not on a general page. If you find an error, tell me through the contact page; corrections are welcome and get made.
Prohibited use, which on this site is more than a formality
The attack profiles here explain mechanisms so that people on the receiving end can recognize and undo them. They are not instructions, and using anything on this site to plan, commission or carry out an attack on another party is prohibited. This is not a disclaimer written to cover a gap: the pages are drafted to that constraint, which is why they contain no tool configurations, no service or marketplace names, and no step-by-step procedures. Nothing on the site is an offer to perform, broker or assist any attack, and no message asking for one will get a quote.
You are also asked not to scrape the site wholesale, republish its pages as your own, or use automated processes that degrade it for other readers. Quoting a passage with attribution and a link is welcome and needs no permission. Reproducing a page in full is not.
Intellectual property
The text, structure, verdict framework and design of this site are mine, and the research files behind the pages are not published. Quotations from search engine documentation, court material, regulator publications and trade coverage remain the property of their authors and appear here as attributed citations for comment and analysis. Platform and product names appear descriptively; no affiliation or endorsement is claimed, and none should be inferred.
External links
Pages here link out to primary sources on purpose. Those sites are not under my control, their content can change or disappear, and a link is not an endorsement of anything else on the destination. Where a source has moved or gone dark, the citation is left in place with its date so that the claim can still be traced.
Changes, and the law that applies
These terms can change, and the current version is the one on this page. Material changes will be described rather than made silently. The site is published from the United States and these terms are governed by United States law; if any part of them is held unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
